Want to meet some truly special students? Tune into STUDENT VOICES, a smart new series that gives the next generation a chance to explore the impact government and elected officials have on their lives and to speak out about issues like school violence, teen sex, student rights, teen driving and school nutrition.

Each month, STUDENT VOICES brings together outspoken teens from schools throughout the Denver Metro area to participate in a lively exchange of ideas on a topic chosen by students. Plus, in each episode, our Student Spotlight segment showcases an outstanding role model who is making a difference in his or her community.

STUDENT VOICES is the television extension of the Student Voices Project, an initiative of the Annenberg Public Policy Center that encourages students to learn about the role government plays in their lives by exploring issues in-depth through in-school curriculum, forums with local leaders and elected officials, and discussion groups on the Student Voices website. The program directs viewers to our website and link them to the Student Voices website for additional interaction.
