METROBEAT TV is a cooperative presentation of Comcast and the Denver Metro area Channel 8 stations. Our programming provides a forum for highlighting people, issues and events of local interest and concern that satellite and regular broadcast television doesn't. Comcast and the partner Channel 8 stations pool their resources and talents to maximize their government access channels with a monthly 90-minute block of dynamic new TV programming, along with digital and online expanded access.

The program mix and content decisions are part of a collaborative process between Comcast, Channel 8 partners, and community representatives, based on suggestions and ideas we receive from our viewers. All three programs air on Channel 8 on Thursday nights from 7:30-9 p.m. and again on Sundays from 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m.
